Project Overview
A US-based product company building SaaS platforms for healthcare and HRTech needed to scale engineering velocity without increasing in-house overheads. Their internal teams were overwhelmed, delaying sprints and technical debt cleanup. We proposed a dedicated offshore team model with front-end, back-end, QA, and DevOps engineers sourced from our in-house talent pool. After understanding the client’s stack (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker), we aligned engineers with sprint goals, conducted overlapping-hour standups, and implemented milestone tracking using JIRA. The model delivered cost-efficiency, stable velocity, and long-term productivity, with each engineer functioning like an extended in-house teammate across multiple successful product releases.
